How to Increase Breast Tissue Growth

October 11, 2009 by ModernMom Staff Leave a Comment

Many women are unhappy with the size of their breasts. Since breasts have become a symbol of a woman’s femininity, having breasts that are smaller than the norm can make a woman feel self-conscious. Below, you’ll get step-by-step instructions for how to increase breast tissue growth.

Step 1

Understand how breast tissue works. Although it may be a bit disappointing, the truth is that there is no exercise, massage or creams that will make your breast tissue grow. It’s just impossible. The only thing that can increase the growth of breast tissue is hormones. While it may be disappointing, understanding this can save you a lot of money on products that claim to increase breast tissue growth.

Step 2

Use herbs which contain phytoestrogens. There is a small chance that you can get your breast tissue to grow using herbs that contain phytoestrogens. This is a substance very similar to female hormones and may have the ability to grow your breast tissue. However, the supplements containing phytoestrogens have a very little amount of this substance. Whether it’s really enough to make your breasts grow is unknown. You should always speak to your doctor before taking any sort of herbs or supplements.

Step 3

Consider hormone treatments. Estrogen replacement therapy may be an option for some women who want their breast tissue to grow. Since hormones are responsible for the initial breast growth, similar symptoms will be experienced with hormone replacement therapy. For instance, breast growth, tenderness and even pain can be experienced. However, chances are once you stop taking the hormones, your breasts will revert to their normal size and shape. If this is something you’re interested in, you should speak with your doctor to find out your options.

Step 4

Try cosmetic surgery. Women who are unhappy with their breast size can always consider cosmetic surgery. This is not a procedure that makes your breast tissue grow–it’s a procedure in which your breasts are made to look larger with implants–typically silicone or saline. This is another step where you’ll need to speak to your doctor. He can tell you whether you’re healthy enough and can recommend a good cosmetic surgeon.

Step 5

Build your pectoral muscles. Another thing you can do to make your breasts appear larger is build your pectoral muscles. These are the muscles that lie under the fat and breast tissue of your breasts. Although you will not actually be growing your breast tissue, you will be increasing the muscle, which will make your breasts appear larger. Some of the exercises that build pectoral muscles include pushups, curls and pull-ups.
Remember also to allow your body plenty of time to recuperate after each session of muscle building. If you don’t, your muscle will not rebuild itself properly, and you can even risk injury.
