Swaddling your baby is an age old tradition. Here is how: Lay the swaddle in a diamond shaped position and fold the corner down so it is a triangle. Lay your baby so that their feet are at the bottom point of the triangle. Fold the left side of the swaddle over the baby’s chest, ensuring their arm is securely under the fabric. Fold the bottom point of the triangle up over your baby’s feet. Lastly, bring the right side of the swaddle up and over the baby’s chest. Tuck any excess fabric underneath your baby to secure the swaddle.
