Daylight Saving Time: Don’t Forget to “Spring Forward”

It seems like only yesterday we were reminding you to “fall back,” but believe it or not, it’s already time to spring forward! That’s right – this weekend marks the beginning of Daylight Savings Time. At 2:00 am on March 10 (also known as Sunday), clocks will move forward one hour. But since most of us aren’t awake at 2:00 am, you probably want to set your clocks forward an hour before you go to sleep or as soon as you wake up. And while it may feel like you have to wake up earlier in the morning, just remember that you also get more sunlight in the evening!
