Sparkly Glitter Easter Eggs

Does your family decorate eggs for Easter?

If you love how festive they look, but hate using messy dye (and dealing with dozens of hard-boiled eggs), find out how to make sparkly, glittery eggs that never go bad!

These little gems are perfect for holiday decorating or as beautiful table centerpieces.

Supplies

  • Eggs
  • Mod Podge
  • Paint brush
  • Glitter

Directions

Start with a blown out egg. (Check out the tutorial for how to blow out an egg here.)

Use a paintbrush to coat the egg with a thin layer of Mod Podge. Hold egg over a bowl and pour glitter all over the surface.

Place the egg in an egg carton and wait for it to dry – about an hour.

Apply another thin layer of Mod Podge over top of the glitter. This will seal in the sparkle and it will dry clear.

Ta da! You’re done!
