Premier Fitness Camp

Those who feel that they just can’t succeed in losing weight in their current setting may elect to attend the Premier Fitness Camp. This camp is nestled in the Utah mountains. Participants can create programs tailored to their needs, selecting a one-, two-, three- or four-week standard program, or working with the camp staff to create a tailored program that lasts longer. During each program, participants complete rigorous training, dine on healthy meals and even have the opportunity to take time out and relax in the on-site spa. Upon returning home, participants are entitled to 12 weeks of weight management coaching, helping to ensure that they keep off the weight they lost and continue to work toward their weight-loss goals.

Getaway Fitness

Participants in the Getaway Fitness weight-loss boot camps mix some calorie-burning in with their vacation. This program is centered around the idea of not using a vacation as a time to break a diet, but instead a time to establish one. Getaway Fitness operates retreat boot camps in Florida, California and the Caribbean regularly. The length of each trip varies depending upon time of year and rigor of the program in question. Participants in the program spend part of their time each day working out, then the rest seeing the sights.
