3  quick tips for hydrated, healthy looking hair

1. Get a healthy trim

Remove the ends of summer with a trim or cut
Avoid split ends with “sealing” products like End Doctor by Evo

2. Color your hair with warm, rich tones

Enrich and condition with a tint or gloss that smoothes and restores
Maintain color intensity with a color preserving product like Uspa Wheat grass shampoo and conditioner

3. Eat a nutrient rich diet

Eat foods rich in antioxidants like acai and blueberries
Consume healthy fat sources found in salmon, nuts and avocados
