Perspective
A few weeks ago, I decided as I was cooking dinner to make my family a last minute dessert. I adapted a brownie recipe to fit with the ingredients I already had in the house. It seemed like a good idea at the time to cook the brownies in muffin cups so that I wouldnt have to deal with them crumbling apart while trying to cut them. There was no time for letting the brownies cool first, bed time was fast approaching.
