You can eat 1 oz. of raw nuts, 2 oz. of avocado and 1 tbsp. of flax seed.

Many people are accustomed to eating protein three times a day, but indulging in hamburgers, chicken and other meat must be eliminated. You must put your desire for good health beyond your food cravings. It also requires a lot of time preparing meals in the kitchen and lifestyle changes.

Diet and Exercise

Fuhrman encourages exercise as part of this diet. Your choice of exercise will depend on your abilities and health condition. The diet will be successful without an exercise program.
