To do the traditional Kegel exercises, you don’t need any supplies, and you can do them wherever you want. Find your pelvic floor muscles by stopping the flow of urine as you urinate. If you are not sure if you are using the correct muscles, you may want to try a biofeedback device. This will place electrodes on your stomach, anal area and possibly inside your vagina. As you squeeze your muscles, the device will indicate whether you are using the correct muscles.
