What did you eat today? Here’s how my day went!

Coffee, first things first!

Protein shake for breakfast

Grilled Chinese chicken salad for lunch, no fried noodles

Grilled orange roughy, zuchinni olive & tomato saute and grilled fennel for
dinner – one glass of much needed red wine.

Hot green tea through out the day.
