This is one of my favorite recipes when I’m having company or when I just want an elegant meal. It looks beautiful when it’s done and the flavor is amazing. It’s like having a restaurant meal at home…AND it’s healthy and low in calories! 🙂 Note: While you can make this with leg of lamb, but I prefer the lamb chops or a rack of lamb because it’s more appealing to the eye.
