General Mills Flour Recall

Before you bake you need to read this.

Gold Medal, Gold Medal Wondra, and Signature Kitchens flour is being recalled due to potential E.coli contamination. Luckily to date, no E.coli has been found in any General Mills flour. The recall occurred as State and Federal authorities are trying to figure out the cause of 38 occurrences of E.coli 0121 across 20 states between December, 2015 and May, 2016. While investigating, authorities found that half of the infected individuals had made something with flour before becoming ill and some reported General Mills brand of flour.

Reminder to not eat raw dough or batter.
