Healthy Kale Smoothie Recipe


It seems like everybody is talking about kale these days!

For those who aren’t in the know, it’s leafy form of cabbage is packed with nutrients – high in beta carotene, vitamin K, vitamin C, rich in calcium and full of antioxidants

So go green, and whip yourself up a delicious kale smoothie. This superfood is a great way for busy moms to get a boost of energy in the morning.


  • 2 cups chopped kale
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen peaches
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup apricot juice


Pulse all the ingredients in a blender until completely blended. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
