1.2 Million Graco High Chairs Recalled

Graco products announced Thursday that it is recalling 1.2 million Harmony high chairs because of stability issues.  The company said the chairs can be "unstable" and "tip over unexpectedly."

Twenty-four injuries had been reported due to the high chair. It was produced from 2003 to 2009 and sold for $70 to $120.  Graco stated that the screws holding the front legs of the chair can loosen and fall out, and the  bracket on the back legs can crack.

The chairs were sold at AAFES, Burlington Coat Factory, Babies "R" Us, Toys "R" Us, Sears, Target, Walmart,  Shopko, USA Baby, and other retailers nationwide.
