RECALL: Klean Kanteen Water Bottle Spouts

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission recalled 1.2 million Klean Kanteen water bottle spouts due to a chocking hazard. Health Canada recalled an additional 102,000 in Canada. 

The water bottle spouts can break or crack posing a chocking hazard to both children and adults. There have been 6 reports of spouts breaking or cracking in children's mouths as they were drinking from the bottles. There have been no reported injuries. 

The spouts are made of black plastic and have an attachment loop. 

Stop using the product immediately and contact Klean Kanteen to receive a free mailing envelope to return the water bottle spot and to receive a free replacement.
