Johnson & Johnson Recalls 12 Million Bottles of Mylanta

Johnson & Johnson recalled 12 million bottles of over-the-counter Mylanta and 85,000 bottles of AlternaGel liquid antacid. The products were recalled because small amounts of alcohol from flavoring agents was not noted on product packaging.

On the Mylanta website, the company states, "It is unlikely that use of these products will cause either alcohol absorption or alcohol sensitivity adverse events."

This comes after last week's Benadryl and Motrin for Kids recall

Over the past year, 200 million bottles of J&J products have been recalled, including Tylenol, Motrin, Benadryl and Rolaid. Eek!
