Hoover Recalls Vacuums

Hoover and the Consumer Product Safety Commission have recalled Hoover Wind Tunnel Canister Vacuums due to a fire and shock hazard.

According to the CPSC, the power cord between the nozzle and the wand connector can short-circuit. Hoover has received 69 reports of overheating or electrical malfunction. There has been one report of a minor injury.

The recall involves the Hoover WindTunnel Bagless Canister Vacuum model S3755. About 142,000 vacuums have been recalled.

Stop using the vacuum (a good excuse to NOT clean ladies!) and call Hoover at (888) 564-2066 for a repair.
