Tiger and Elin Apologize to Parents at Daughter’s Preschool

Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren are trying to keep life as normal as possible for their two children. The couple’s kids, Sam, 2, and Charlie, 1, have been surrounded by media since the news of Tiger’s scandal broke last year.

Woods and Nordegren wrote a letter to their daughter’s school apologizing for all of the media attention and distractions, PEOPLE reports.

Florida’s WFTV.com obtained the document. The letter states to the Premier Academy parents, “We would like to share our appreciation for your support over the past several months and offer our personal apology for any inconvenience you are experiencing due to the increased media scrutiny surrounding our children.”  The couple want to maintain a consistency in their kid’s lives. The letter ends, “For Sam, that normalcy means attending the school that she enjoys so much.”

I hope life calms down for the Woods’ children. The constant media presence must be very difficult.
