Mini Stars Building Sets Recalled!

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced Thursday that Edushape has recalled roughly 18,000 Mini Star Building Sets. This recall comes after similar building sets made by the company were recalled in September 2010. These toys pose a choking hazard to young children as the plastic knobs can easily break off from the center of the stars. They were sold at small retail stores nationwide or online at ToysRUs.com, Amazon.com, and Walmart.com between January 2007 and December 2009 for around $10 to $50.

Consumers should immediately stop using these toys and contact Edushape for a free replacement of a credit towards another Edushape product at (800) 404-4744.
