Acacia Chairs Recalled by Ross Stores

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced on Friday that Ross Stores, Inc. has recalled roughly 1,200 Acacia chairs. These chairs can collapse when weight is placed on them, posing a falling hazard.

The Acacia chairs were sold at Ross Stores nationwide between March 201 and May 2011 for approximately $40. Consumers should immediately stop using the chairs and return them to any Ross Store for a full refund.
