Jeri Ryan Welcomes a Girl

Actress Jeri Ryan and her husband, chef Christophe Eme, are the parents of a baby girl named Gisele Eme. Gisele was born Sunday in Los Angeles, and according to Jeri’s rep, who spoke to People.com, “Both parents are thrilled…Jeri is resting comfortably and Christophe is playing the part of proud new papa quite well.”

I talked with Jeri a couple months ago for our “10 Questions” column, and she revealed that her greatest achievement is her son, Alex, 13, who she said, “absolutely has a heart of gold.” I’m sure Alex will make a great big brother to baby Gisele and an excellent role model, too. Congrats to the whole family!
