And, if you already have most of the ingredients, you can definitely save some money too.

2 Tbls chili sauce or ketchup,
2 Tbls finely chopped green bell pepper,
2 Tbls finely chopped onion,
1 Tbls lemon juice,
1/2 tsp sugar,

1 hard cooked egg, chopped,
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, except egg. Stir in chopped egg last. Makes 1 1/3 cups.

Ranch

2 large cloves of garlic (crushed),
3/4 tsp salt,
1/4 to 1/2 tsp black pepper,
1 Tbls minced parsley,
1 tsp dry mustard,
1/2 tsp dried basil.
Put in a jar and shake.

Blue Cheese

4 cups mayonnaise,
1 cup buttermilk,
1 cup small curd cottage cheese,
1 tso worcestershire sauce,
1 tsp garlic salt,
1 tsp salt,
4 oz. blue cheese crumbled.

And Lastly, Croutons!

4 slices french bread,
2 Tbls parmesan cheese,
1/4 tsp oregano,
1/4 tsp celery salt,
