When pop diva Whitney Houston opens Good Morning America’s fall concert series in September on ABC, it will NOT be live. The world famous singer has refused to perform at 7:30 in the morning! Her performance will be pre-taped the day before.
An insider told the New York Post, “Lots of singers don’t like to perform at 7:30 in the morning.” If Whitney wasn’t so famous, she would have to make do with the early morning live performance, like everyone else. Fortunately for Houston, when you’re an icon, you tend to get what you want. “They are so happy to have her,” said the insider.
As if we didn’t know, being a diva has it’s benefits!
