Madonna's Memorial to Michael Jackson

Saturday night, just one week before Michael Jackson himself was set to take the stage in London, Madonna wowed fans by performing a collection of the King of Pop’s hits.

On her opening night at the O2 Arena the crowd was treated to such famous tunes as “Billie Jean” and “Wanna Be Startin’ Something.”

Madonna said, “I am so terribly sad about Michael Jackson’s death. I don’t know what artist wasn’t inspired by him.”  It was recently confirmed that the Material Girl has made plans to perform with Jackson on his upcoming tour.

The 50-year-old mother of four is considered to be the most successful female recording artist of all time.
