True Blood’s Sam Trammell Welcomes Sons

Sam Trammell has some big news. The True Blood hunk and longtime girlfriend Missy Yager welcomed twin boys on Tuesday! His rep confirmed the news to PEOPLE, and added that the twins are both healthy. 

Sam and Missy met doing theatre in New York and have been together for eight years.

Trammel plays Sam Merlotte on the HBO series.
