Debra Messing and husband Daniel Zelman have called it quits after more than a decade of marriage.
“(They) privately separated earlier this year,” Messing’s rep told Us Weekly. “The decision was mutual, and they remain supportive of one another and committed to raising their son as a family.”
The 43-year-old actress met Zelman, 44, when they were both students at New York University. The couple have one child together, their seven-year-old son, Roman.
Messing, who is best known for her role in the hit sitcom, “Will & Grace,” will appear in the new series “Smash,” which premieres in February on NBC.
