It’s a little Weiner!
Former U.S. Rep. Anthony Weiner and wife Huma Abedin welcomed a baby boy on Wednesday, a spokeswoman confirmed.
Jordan Zane Weiner arrived 10 days before his due date and weighed in at just over seven pounds.
It’s the first child for the couple, who weathered a lewd photo scandal earlier this year.
Weiner resigned from Congress in June after sexually explicit emails and social media postings surfaced. The former Democrat congressman for New York admitted having online relationships with several women and subsequently entered treatment. Amid all the drama, Abedin (who is a top aide to Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton) announced her pregnancy.
At least the couple was able to end a rough year with some happy news!
