Kelly Clarkson and her husband Brandon Blackstock have
revealed the sex of their baby… and it’s a girl!
“We just found out we’re having a girl officially! I
knew it! Only a girl could cause this much drama with all this vomiting
ha!” the mom-to-be tweeted.
Clarkson, 31, has been open about the nausea she’s
experienced so far during her pregnancy – including feeling sick to her stomach
throughout a December performance on The Voice.
“I’ve felt better. I’m looking forward to the second
trimester,” the singer told host Carson Daly.
She got even more real
during an appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres Show.
“I vomit a dozen times a day. It’s like bad. I vomited
before coming out here.” She added, ” It’s so bad. It’s, like, so
gross. You’re not attractive when you’re pregnant. Everybody tells you [that]
you glow and your hair is pretty and your nails are pretty. That’s total
crap.”
The baby will be the first for Clarkson, and the third for
Blackstock, who has two children (Seth, 6, and Savannah, 12) from a previous
relationship.
