It’s a Boy for Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner
Ben and Jen have a new baby boy!
The couple welcomed their third child, a son born in Santa Monica on Monday. Here’s what Affleck posted on his Facebook timeline:
“We are happy to announce on February 27, Jennifer gave birth to a healthy baby boy, Samuel Garner Affleck.”
The baby joins big sisters Seraphina Rose, 3, and Violet, 6.
Garner and Affleck, both 39, were co-stars in the 2003 superhero flick “Daredevil,” and were married two years later. The couple will celebrate their seventh wedding anniversary in June of this year.
Although they found out the sex of the baby before the birth, they managed to keep it a secret. On a recent visit with Ellen DeGeneres, Garner said “it would be so weird to have a boy,” but the experience would be “cool and different.”
We bet Ben is thrilled to have another guy in his house of girls!
