Sarah Michelle Gellar is pregnant with baby number two!
The “Ringer star,” 35, and her husband Freddie Prinze Jr. are expecting again, sources confirmed to various news outlets.
“She and Freddie are thrilled,” a friend of the pair told Us Weekly. “They’re amazing parents.”
The new addition will join big sister Charlotte Grace, 2.
Gellar and Prinze, 36, met on the set of the 1997 horror film “I Know What You Did Last Summer” and tied the knot in 2002.
In previous interviews, they opened up about waiting seven years to become parents:
“You need to be at a point in your life where you can give up anything and everything for a child,” Gellar told People after Charlotte’s birth. “Every day I look at her and I am in awe.”
She also shared some advice for new moms in an interview with ModernMom last month:
“Trust yourself. No one is going to know your child better than you. Even if you haven’t done it yet, you have it in you, so believe in yourself.”
One interesting twist – on “Ringer,” Gellar plays two characters on Ringer – twin sisters Bridget and Siobhan.
Can’t help but wonder how the pregnancy will play into double plotlines?
