PREPPING FOR PREGNANCY –# 1 ENERGETICALLY BECOMING PREGNANT

 For a lot of woman it takes finding out that they are pregnant for them to begin taking better care of themselves. The healthy we are, in our bodies mind and spirit the healthier our children will be in theirs. Just like planting a seed in a garden; the better nourished the soil, the more vibrant that seed will grow. 

With in the first few weeks of pregnancy the structure of your baby is being formed.  By getting your self-ready for pregnancy not only are you creating a foundation for yourself to become a mother but also a laying a solid foundation for your baby to grow from.  I always say start a few months before you start trying to conceive, however the longer you prep the better prepared you and your baby will be.

The next series of blogs I write will be focused on preparing yourself for pregnancy and motherhood.

1.    TREAT YOURSELF AND ACT AS IF YOU ARE ALREADY PREGNANT

By doing this you are energetically manifesting a child. What you think and feel you become. Thought = action = form, so first energetically become pregnant and soon the physical manifestation will follow.

VISUALIZATION EXERCISE –

 Do this everyday (consistency is best) for 5-10 min while in the prepping stage. You can also do this while pregnant but instead of beaming this picture and feeling out into the world beam it straight into your belly sending it right to your baby.

1 –VISUALIZE yourself pregnant, see your self holding your child in your arms, use your imagination you might see yourself feeding, kissing holding, rocking or reading to your child. Maybe you see you and your partner together with your child doing a project or playing. What ever you see make it your own, let your imagination run wild.

2- FEEL your child growing and kicking inside of you, feel your baby in your arms while you are holding, feel in your heart the love you have, feel what its like to be a mother caring for something so deeply, let that love beam from your heart filling up every part and inch of your body.

3- RADIATE AND BEAM that feeling and picture by projecting it from your mind and body out into the world.

*SOMETHING TO PONDER”– If you were already pregnant what would you change and do different in your life? When I prep people for pregnancy I have them do and live their lives as if they were already pregnant.

 Lets really take time to think about this. Chances are if you were pregnant some of the things you might be doing would be –

– Taking a pre natal vitamin that is rich in nutrients that will nourish your body and your developing baby.

–  Cutting out alcohol, smoking and drugs.

-Clean up your diet to whole organic foods.

-Get rid of toxins in your home.

-Exercise moderately.

-Rest and nap when you are tired.

-Read pregnancy and parenting books

STARTING TODAY ,WHAT CHANGES IN YOUR LIFE COULD YOU START TO MAKE TOWARDS BECOMING AND LIVING PREGNANT?
