Morning show host Regis Philbin is a proud new grandfather! His daughter Jennifer “J.J.” Philbin gave birth to a son, William Xavier Schur, on Monday, after 30 hours of labor, Us Weekly reports. Little Williams middle name has a special significance for his grandpa–Xavier was Regis’ confirmation name. Regis announced the news yesterday morning on his show, Live with Regis and Kelly, noting that William has strawberry red hair. Regis daughter and her husband Michael are both television writers.
