Guided Meditation: Spiritual Cold Relief

It is the time of year when many of us get colds. Catching a cold may also coincide with the feeling that you have too much going on. A cold can be your body’s way of forcing you to slow down.

Healing is about so much more than treating the physical symptoms; it is about delving inside and working on our inner state. I created this meditation to instigate healing, by allowing positive affirmations to influence your inner chatter to be productive and helpful in the healing process. Our life is created from the inside out. Get your inside right, and the outside world will reflect that.

It may be helpful to watch the video twice, so that the second time you are more relaxed, know what to expect and can close your eyes and let the words start the inner process of healing. Continue the meditation in silence if time allows.

Return to this video whenever you are feeling like there is too much going on in your life, or when you feel yourself coming down with a cold.
