Out of all the women on Bravos reality documentary TV program, The Real Housewives of Orange County, Peggy Tanous (who joined the sixth season cast) resonated with me the most. Maybe it was because I empathized with her postpartum depression struggles and noted her courage to talk about it in a very public forum.
GaiamTV Inspires
Recently, Ive been trying out GaiamTV. My husband and I are really into exercising at home, so GaiamTV is right up our alley. There are loads of exercise DVDs you can stream online, from Power Yoga with Rodney Yee to Jillian Michaels Extreme Shed and Shred. We were already fans of Rodney and Jillians workouts, and have some of their DVDs in our home collection.

The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) once againreminded parents with children ages 2 and under that they should not be allowing their little ones to watch TV or other screens (like computer screens and smartphones) – something that 90% of parents currently allow! Why not? The doctors group said such exposure can have more potential negative effects than positive effects.
