The Pantry Salad

Quick and easy salad you can make with all ingredients from your pantry. Healthy, colorful and delicious. Definitely a crowd pleaser.


So easy! Open the cans, drain the beans and corn. Dice the tomato (or use a can of diced tomatoes). Salt and pepper to taste.
That’s it! Be creative, mix it up! Add onions, throw in some cilantro.


  • Can of black beans
  • Can garbanza beans (or any other beans you have)
  • Can of corn
  • Cut up mango (if you have it) or canned mandarin oranges
  • One tomato diced
  • Lime juice (one to two limes)
  • Salt or pepper to taste
