The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a voluntary recall of Giraffe Security Blankets. If you own this blanket, you should stop using it immediately. The balls on top of the giraffe's horns can detach, and children can choke on them.
According to the CPSC, the pink "I Love You" security blanket with a giraffe plush head is being recalled. The blanket is approximately 14 inches wide by 14 inches in length. "I Love You" is embroidered on the blanket. The style number Y22230H is sewn into a label on the blanket.
The blankets were sold at Target stores for $9 in 2009.
