Williams-Sonoma Red Velvet Whoopie Pie Mix

Red Velvet is a favorite in my house. My boys just can’t get enough of that red chocolately cake and fluffy frosting. I don’t let them have it as much as they would like (just ask them).

But for Valentines, I’m grabbing a set of this Whoopie Pie Kit to make them a special (yet simple) treat. This Red Velvet Baking pan makes a dozen “tops and bottoms” and with special ceramic reinforced non-stick. Even I can’t mess this one up. Whoopie Pie mix blends red velvet cake mix and red cocoa to get a special chocolately flavor. To top it off, frosting mix is included.

Now that’s my kind of baking!
