Body Wrapping Instructions
No matter if you are using wraps to lose weight, get rid of cellulite or to rid yourself of toxins, according to most body wrap manufactures you need to prep yourself and apply the wraps properly to get the best results. To complete a full body wrap, you will need a few supplies, a clean body and a warm, comfortable room that is easy to clean up afterwards.
Step 1
Take a warm bath or shower with lots of steam to open your pores.
Step 2
Dry off completely and run a natural hair body brush over your skin to remove dead skin and increase circulation.
Step 3
Fill a stainless steel pot with the amount of water listed on the wrap’s packaging and boil the water on your stove top.
Step 4
Add the wrap ingredients to the water and stir. Let the mixture sit until it is cool.
Step 5
Carry the pot to the room you have chosen as your wrapping room.
Step 6
Dip a body wrap sheet into the wrap mixture and wrap the sheet around one of your ankles. Repeat and wrap the other ankle.
Step 7
Continue to dip the wrap sheets and wrap them around each leg. Then wrap your hips, waist, chest, neck, arms and wrists.
Step 8
Stay wrapped for 60 minutes to allow the mixture to seep into your skin.
Step 9
Unwrap your body and take a shower or bath to remove the body wrap residue.
