Low Cholesterol Spinach Recipe

Step 1

Peel the kiwis and cut them into 1/4-inch slices.

Step 2

Cut the strawberries into fourths.

Step 3

Rinse the spinach. Tear it into bite-sized bits.

Step 4

Put the kiwis, spinach, strawberries and walnuts in a large bowl.

Step 5

Mix the raspberry jam, raspberry vinegar and oil together in a small bowl. Pour it over the salad.

Step 6

Toss the salad and serve. This recipe makes enough for eight servings.
