Chad Lowe and girlfriend Kim Painter welcomed a baby girl, Mabel Painter Lowe last Saturday. No details were released but the rep for the couple remarked that “Everyone is healthy and happy.”

This is the first child for Emmy winner, Chad, 41, and Kim. They have been dating since January 2007.
