Steelcase and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a recall of Cachet Swivel Chairs. Approximately 165,000 chairs have been recalled due to a fall hazard. The chair can crack and fail.
The chairs have a plastic slotted seat and back design. Some were sold with back and seat cushions. The chairs were sold at Healthy Back Store, CSN, Home Office Solutions, Office & Company and Sam Flax stores nationwide and online at www.store.steelcase.com.
