Michael Jackson's Kids: How Are They Coping?

Michael Jackson, the Superstar, is survived by three children, Prince Michael II (Blanket), 7, Paris, 11, and Prince Michael, 12. The Jackson family attorney, Brian Oxman, tells USmagazine.com that they are staying with their grandmother, Katherine Jackson and are “in the care of a nanny.”

Oxman continues to say the children are “…well-trained, well-educated and extraordinarily talented. They get to play with their cousins and their nieces and nephews. They are just smarter than smart can be”.

He stated that “Ms. Jackson will care for them and I’m sure there will be all kinds of discussions that will take place about the kids.” Paris and Prince Michael were born during Jackson’s brief marriage to Debbie Rowe through artificial insemination while the identity of Prince Michael Jackson II’s mother was never revealed.

Jackson’s family members are shocked and trying to cope with this tragic and sudden loss. Oxman was with Jackson’s mother Katherine, brothers Randy and Jermaine, and sister LaToya, at the hospital for a vigil.

Our thoughts continue to go out to the family of Michael Jackson, especially his children.
