Victoria Beckham spent last Friday as the fourth judge for American Idol
auditions in Denver, Colorado. Now, she has made the trip to Boston
for callbacks (the part of the show where prospective idols receive the
news if they will make it to Hollywood).
The wife of soccer superstar David Beckham told Ryan Seacrest last week that she wants to have a similar judging style to Paula Abdul. “I want to be nice to people. I know how it feels to stand
there and be judged … I don’t want to shatter anybody’s dream, but at
the same time there’s nothing wrong with constructive criticism,” said the former Spice Girl.
Abdul, and American Idol, judge for 8 seasons, left the hit show earlier this month reportedly over a dispute about her salary.
