Turns out Charlie Sheen may have been falsely accused of domestic violence by his wife…
TMZ is reporting that law enforcement sources told them that Brooke Mueller was legally drunk when she called 911 on Christmas morning and that she recanted her story about Sheen assaulting her.
TMZ reported that Brooke’s blood alcohol test was .13 while Charlie’s was only .04.
Sheen told law enforcement that he was trying to defend himself against Brooke.
Wow – this couple definitely needs help.
