Scout Willis, the daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore is in trouble with the law after getting busted with a beer and a fake ID.
Just before 7 p.m. on Monday, the Brown University student was caught in New York City’s Union Square with an open container of beer. When police inquired about her age, the 20-year-old produced a New York State ID with the name Katherine Kelly.
However, when questioned further, she produced her real California ID.
“My name is Scout Willis,” she told the officer, according to the criminal complaint. “The first ID isn’t mine. My friend gave it to me. I don’t know Katherine Kelly.”
She was later released without bail, but must return to the Manhattan Criminal Court on July 31. Scout has been charged with two misdemeanors – criminal impersonation and breaking the open container law.
