Thank you for having me at Modern Mom…I certainly know the struggles and rewards of being a mom these days.  I have had my own business all my life and have three teenage boys, 17, 14, and 13. They are my joy and the death of me as I am sure you can all understand. 

I am also happily married since 1990 to my high school sweetheart and best friend… I welcome your questions and concerns and perhaps training questions for all your young athletes, as I am the Yoga Coach for the New York Giants, New York Knicks, New York Redbulls, New York Rangers and some New York Yankees.  Lets start conversation and great mom think tank support.
