Spinach soup GREAT for flu season ! check out the healing properties in this yummy soup !!!! You wil

I wanted to share a yummy recipe with you all that I make all the time !! GREAT for flu season , to replenish or to boost your immune system  !!! I have been playing around  in my kitchen with some recipes that heal and feed the body  ( lots more recipes to come ).. read the healing properties of this soup that I have broken down for everyone !! You will be living on it like I do !! ENJOY !!! 


2 &1/2 bags of organic spinach

1 organic onion chopped

2 organic white potatoes chopped

 4 cups of organic vegetable broth ( or 2 cups of chicken broth and 2 cups of

vegetable broth )

1 tablespoon of Himalayan sea salt

5 large cloves of organic garlic

2 tablespoons of earth balance butter spread or organic butter

3 table spoons of Organic brown  rice flour

1&1/2 cup of almond or rice milk

1/2 cup of silk soy creamer

( If u drink dairy then use organic  milk and cream )

 1/2 teaspoon or more of white pepper

bring broth , onion , salt and potatoes to a boil, simmering until potatoes are


Remove from heat add spinach and garlic

In a saucepan mix butter and flour together and add to broth

Add white pepper

Blend and serve

POTATO – High in vitamin C an potassium  , it’s strongly alkaline , helps maintain fluid balance and regulate blood pressure and heart function  and help fight infection
