She focuses on treating patients utilizing the 4 pillars of East Asian Medicine: Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Meditation, and Manual Therapy. She is the mother of 2 young boys and loves caring for mothers and advocating self-care to heal the moms for the sake of healing the future generations.
