This week’s Veggie Thursday comes from Angela H. of Venice, CA. She made these tomatoes for a babies and puppies brunch that she hosted a few weeks ago. They are super yummy and super easy to make. Please note that she has a 6 week old baby boy so everything she makes has to be quick and easy!

Recipe makes approximately 4-5 servings, 1 serving is 5-6 tomatoes

1 basket of cherry tomatoes

1 whole clove of garlic

1 tablespoon of honey

3 basil leaves (optional) – i didn’t have any so i didn’t use them

1 pinch of salt

Direction:
Mix tomatoes and honey together in a bowl

Chop garlic leave to the side.

Heat the pan with oil in it. Add honey covered tomatoes to pan.

Stir for 30 seconds of so until tomatoes start to soften. Add garlic to tomatoes in pan
