Well if you haven’t fallen completely off the fitness wagon over the Thanksgiving weekend then you might be hanging on by your fingernails like I am. One of the hardest habits to get back into is eating right and exercising. Let’s ease our way back in together.
Today: Make sure you drink 50-60oz of water, eat a minimum of 2 servings of healthy veggies (no cheese, sugar, breading or added fat), and get in 20-30 minutes of physical activity whether you take a walk, run, do some yoga/Pilates or simply stretch.
