Back to Fitness! Exercise and Diet Tips for Today

Well if you haven’t fallen completely off the fitness wagon over the Thanksgiving weekend then you might be hanging on by your fingernails like I am.  One of the hardest habits to get back into is eating right and exercising. Let’s ease our way back in together.

Today: Make sure you drink 50-60oz of water, eat a minimum of 2 servings of healthy veggies (no cheese, sugar, breading or added fat), and get in 20-30 minutes of physical activity whether you take a walk, run, do some yoga/Pilates or simply stretch. We officially have 3 weeks until Christmas week. Let’s just try to maintain some balance so that we are not completely skewed for the Holidays!
